Sales Skilled – West Coast Mazda

West Coast Mazda, a proud member of the West Coast Auto Group, is seeking energetic and motivated Sales Professionals to join our team.

As part of a family-owned and operated dealership group with over 50 years of experience serving the Lower Mainland, West Coast Mazda is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience built on trust, transparency, and satisfaction.

We are currently looking to add to our team to assist customers with both new Mazda and pre-owned vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
- Identify customer needs and present suitable new and pre-owned vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Assist with vehicle appraisals and trade-ins under Manager direction
- Review available payment, lease, and finance options with customers
- Present vehicle accessories and aftermarket products
- Introduce available extended warranty and protection options
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and ensure a positive ownership experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Follow up with prospective customers by phone, email, and text
- Maintain knowledge of Mazda products, programs, incentives,



and available inventory
- Attend sales meetings, product training, and dealership training
- Perform other duties as required

Ideal Candidate

- Customer-focused, personable, and qualified
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
- Previous sales or customer service experience considered an asset
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License

Additional Requirements

- VSA Salesperson License (can be obtained after hire)
- Proficient in English; additional languages are an asset
- Comfortable using computers and customer management systems
