Auto West Group (Auto West BMW / MINI Richmond / Classic Garage) is hiring a Client Experience & Appointment Coordinator to join our rapid-paced Business Development Centre (BDC). Reporting to the BDC Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for maximizing appointments and profitability of the BDC to agreed levels of performance, you will be the primary voice of our brand—driving customer engagement, optimizing service scheduling, and delivering premium experiences that align with our award-winning values.

How You’ll Make an Impact

· Drive Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact via phone, email, and live chat, delivering high-touch service that builds lasting client loyalty.

· Optimize Operations: Manage and maximize service schedules to keep our service centers running seamlessly.

· Solve Problems: Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure every client leaves with an exceptional experience.

· Collaborate & Adapt: Support BDC team initiatives and adapt to fresh challenges as our department evolves.

What You Bring

·1+ years in a customer-centric role with high-volume phone or digital communications.





· Strong communication skills with an empathetic, client-first mindset.

· Tech-savvy approach with a comfort in learning new CRM and scheduling software quickly.

· General familiarity with automotive service (preferred, but a passion to learn goes a long way).

· Fluency in a second language is a huge plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
