What You'll Do
- Execute high-quality carpentry work on residential kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Help manage job sites and direct staff/trades as needed
- Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in residential renovations (kitchens and bathrooms specifically)
- Experience managing a job site and directing staff/trades preferred
- Strong team player with a positive, professional attitude
- A valid driver's license and insurability under our commercial vehicle policy.
- Willingness to maintain personal accident and injury coverage
- Comfortable using an online CRM app daily for site notes and timesheets
Compensation & Benefits
- $30–$40/hour, full-time, non-seasonal
- Statutory holiday pay included in every paycheck
- $100/month allowance toward personal accident and injury coverage

Growth Path
Successful candidates will train alongside our operations team in the field for 3–12 months, depending on experience, with a clear path to promotion to Lead. Leads receive a company vehicle or vehicle allowance.
