Sapphire Logistics is seeking reliable and motivated Owner Operator Delivery Drivers to join our growing last-mile delivery team in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.
As an Independent Contractor, you will use your own insured vehicle to deliver packages safely and efficiently within an assigned service area. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, managing their own routes, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver packages safely and efficiently within your assigned delivery area.
- Load and unload packages.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
- Use a smartphone with mobile data to scan and complete deliveries.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery updates or issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery records.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Own a reliable vehicle with valid registration and insurance.
- Smartphone with mobile data.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Previous delivery, courier, or last-mile experience is an asset but not required.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
