IMPACT CONSTRUCTION INC is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Painters/Labourers to join our energetic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, from residential to industrial settings, by applying skilled painting techniques and supporting general construction tasks. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow within the construction industry. Paid training is provided, and all work is performed in a safe, collaborative environment focused on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and taping to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality
- Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment on various surfaces including walls, ceilings, and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects
- Assist with drywall installation, repair, and finishing for residential or commercial spaces
- Perform general labour duties such as moving materials, cleaning job sites, and assisting carpenters or other tradespeople as needed




- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with scaffolding, ladders, or industrial equipment to maintain a secure work environment

Skills

- Construction experience with a focus on painting or finishing trades preferred
- Proficiency in drywall installation and restoration techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for project execution
- Knowledge of residential and commercial painting practices including surface preparation and caulking
- Experience with industrial or restoration painting projects is a plus
- Familiarity with rigging procedures and the use of power tools and hand tools safely
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments

Pay: $17.32-$25.00 per hour
