Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately at the front counter or server station
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front counter, dining area, and kitchen stations in compliance with health regulations
- Manage cash handling duties responsibly,



including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience

Experience

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently without compromising service quality
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation standards within the food industry
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly attitude

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
