Duties

- Lead daily cultivation activities, including planting, pruning, watering, and harvesting to promote healthy plant growth.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure consistent water delivery tailored to plant needs, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Utilize horticultural knowledge to monitor plant health, identify pests or diseases early, and implement effective solutions.
- Operate and maintain mechanical tools and equipment essential for cultivation tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Support the team by providing training on gardening techniques, proper tool usage, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of the growing environment, adjusting conditions to optimize growth cycles.




- Assist with inventory management of gardening supplies, hand tools, and other cultivation resources.

Experience

- Proven experience in horticulture or gardening, with a strong understanding of plant care and cultivation techniques.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and mechanical knowledge related to cultivation equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during planting, harvesting, or moving supplies.
- Basic math skills for measurements, dosing nutrients, and managing schedules accurately.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools used in gardening and plant maintenance.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking growth stages and environmental conditions.
- A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills to motivate and guide fellow cultivators.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
