Responsibilities

- Set up and assemble formwork systems using carpentry skills to create molds for concrete pouring, ensuring accuracy and stability.
- Install reinforcing steel (rebar) according to schematics and blueprints to strengthen concrete structures.
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to lift, position, and secure forms and rebar components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise form layouts.
- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing surfaces, sealing joints, and applying textures to meet project specifications.
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures during renovation or repair projects, including drywall installation and caulking.




- Maintain safety standards by inspecting tools, equipment, and work sites regularly while adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

expierence not required but preferred

- Proven construction experience with a focus on concrete forming or related trades such as masonry or carpentry.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience operating heavy machinery and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Skilled in rebar installation, concrete forming techniques, and finishing processes.
- Knowledge of welding, drywall installation, flooring techniques, and restoration practices is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climb scaffolding or ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills to interpret plans and adjust as needed for project success.
