TransDiff, Peterbilt dealer, Fardiers Québec and its other divisions, is looking for a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator.

The position involves managing social media and creating content, as well as various marketing coordination tasks for the entire group. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with our various audiences, coordinating and producing content, as well as coordinating digital campaigns with innovative promotional concepts, with the goal of helping the company reach its full sales potential and promote the brand.

YOU LOVE:

- Actively participating in digital marketing and social media activities;
- Being creative and constantly finding new ways to promote sales, build customer loyalty, and enhance our employer brand;
- Maintaining the website and social media pages;
- Coordinating the implementation of various NMS marketing projects and following up with the individuals responsible within the different teams;
- Participating in advertising campaigns, events, and the development of marketing tools;
- Managing online communities and publications across our various platforms;
- Conducting strategic web monitoring, particularly on review and rating websites;
- Developing and optimizing advertising campaigns across digital media platforms;
- Maintaining and updating websites using various CMS platforms, including WordPress;




- Ensuring the execution and follow-up of the marketing plan, as well as preparing and updating performance analyses of our various campaigns;
- Generating various statistical reports as needed;
- Providing support and guidance to the Sales, Parts & Service, and Human Resources teams;
- Performing technical and administrative tasks related to the Marketing Department;
- Keeping various planning tools up to date, such as marketing calendars, content plans, the marketing intranet, etc.;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our websites in collaboration with external partners;
- Performing any other related duties associated with traditional marketing and NMS;
- Being available and flexible to travel to our branches, attend events, and participate in content creation (valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle required);
- Working primarily on-site, with the possibility of remote work as needed, across our various branches and primarily at our Quebec City location;
- Using artificial intelligence and templates on a very limited basis.

IDEALLY, YOU HAVE:

- A post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience;
- Excellent knowledge of digital and traditional marketing, including websites, social media, email marketing,



and online advertising (PPC and other digital advertising channels);
- Strong skills in the design and development of digital promotional materials;
- Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, and CapCut;
- Experience with SEO/SEM;
- The ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion;
- The ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects and events simultaneously;
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible work environment;
- A robust interest in staying up to date with new technologies and best practices in SEO, digital strategy, and online visibility;
- Availability and flexibility to travel occasionally to our branches and attend events;
- Excellent written and spoken French; proficiency in written and spoken English is an asset to effectively serve our English-speaking clientele in real time as part of the position.
