Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, fitness-oriented Fitness Outreach & Ambassador Program Manager to help lead and grow CanCoach, a Canadian online fitness coaching certification program.

In this role, you will be responsible for advertising CanCoach, generating course enrolments, recruiting fitness influencers and developing a successful ambassador community. You will identify promising fitness professionals and creators, encourage them to complete the certification and help turn successful graduates into active CanCoach ambassadors.

The position begins with two weeks of structured training and onboarding. You will learn the CanCoach program, our target audience, outreach strategies, sales process, ambassador system and the tools required to succeed.

This paid position offers hourly compensation plus uncapped commission. There is no ceiling on the commission you can earn, making this a potentially lucrative opportunity for a motivated candidate who can consistently generate enrolments and build a productive ambassador network.

Duties

- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to generate awareness and enrolments for the CanCoach Certification.
- Find and contact personal trainers, fitness influencers, content creators, athletes and aspiring online coaches.
- Recruit qualified individuals to complete the CanCoach Certification and become brand ambassadors.
- Build, organize and manage the CanCoach Ambassador Program.
- Conduct outreach through Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, phone calls and other relevant platforms.




- Explain the benefits of CanCoach and confidently guide interested candidates through the enrolment process.
- Train ambassadors on how to promote CanCoach using referral links, discount codes, content and direct outreach.
- Maintain regular communication with ambassadors and motivate them to remain active.
- Coordinate social media promotions, advertising campaigns and influencer partnerships.
- Build relationships with gyms, schools, fitness organizations and online fitness communities.
- Help create an active CanCoach community by sharing resources, starting discussions and highlighting ambassador achievements.
- Follow up consistently with leads, students and potential ambassadors.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activity, enrolments, ambassador performance and commissions generated.
- Track important performance metrics and provide the owner with a clear weekly progress report.
- Suggest and test new strategies for increasing course sales, ambassador activity and brand awareness.
- Gradually take ownership of CanCoach’s daily outreach, community and ambassador operations.

Skills

- Strong passion for health, fitness, personal training or online coaching.
- Proven experience in outreach, sales, marketing, influencer recruitment or community management.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident contacting new people through direct messages, email, phone and video calls.
- Strong sales ability with the confidence to explain an offer, handle questions and close enrolments.
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and influencer marketing.
- Ability to recruit, train and motivate ambassadors.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working independently and being evaluated based on measurable results.
- Self-motivated, competitive and excited by uncapped earning potential.
- Experience with Canva, Thinkific, CRM systems or email marketing is considered an asset.
- Previous fitness-industry experience or a fitness-related certification is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual English and French abilities are considered an asset.
