Responsibilities

- Use evidence-based teaching strategies to enhance focus, comprehension, and retention for students with diverse learning styles
- Communicate effectively with students to motivate and encourage active participation in lessons
- Collaborate with parents, guardians,



and educational professionals to track progress and adapt teaching approaches accordingly
- Create a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes confidence, independence, and a love for learning
- Utilize various instructional tools and accommodations to support students' unique learning requirements

Experience

- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching children with ADHD, dyslexia, or other learning differences is highly preferred
- Proven ability to develop creative solutions tailored to individual student needs
- Experience working with children in educational or extracurricular settings is a valuable asset
