Overview

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Handyman to join our team, dedicated to maintaining and improving residential, commercial, and industrial properties. In this role, you will perform a wide range of repair, installation, and maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will contribute significantly to the upkeep and enhancement of our properties, providing a seamless experience for tenants, clients, and staff alike. Duties

- Perform general repairs including drywall installation, painting, caulking, and flooring installation to maintain property standards
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for construction, demolition, or renovation projects
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute carpentry, masonry, or electrical tasks
- Install cabinets, tiles, countertops, and other fixtures with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks or replacing fixtures; assist with basic electrical work when needed
- Assist in concrete forming, finishing, and concrete repair projects to restore structural integrity




- Use construction estimating skills to assess project scope and materials needed for various tasks

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction or maintenance roles with a strong understanding of carpentry, drywall, masonry, and painting techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide repair or installation work
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation for diverse tasks
- Knowledge of construction estimating practices for project planning and resource management
- Experience with concrete forming, finishing, tile laying, flooring installation, plumbing, electrical work, welding or restoration projects is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues quickly and implement effective solutions
- Valid certifications related to construction trades are a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn recent skills is essential

Pay: $17.87-$39.03 per hour
