Position Details:
- Schedule: Saturdays only (more may be available in the future)
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 2:45 PM
- Job Type: Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Targeted Therapy: Perform skilled massage sessions tailored to individual client needs.
- Assess & Customize: Consult with clients to assess their conditions, discuss treatment goals, and develop personalized therapy plans.
- Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed, accurate records of treatments provided and track client progress over time.
- Client Education: Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up sessions or wellness practices.
- Ensure Safety & Comfort:
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe treatment room in accordance with health and safety standards while upholding strict client confidentiality.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Certification & Licensure: Active license/registration as a Massage Therapist and graduation from an accredited 2200hr or more massage therapy program.
- Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively discuss treatment options, address concerns, and provide clear instruction.
- Customer Service Focus: A warm, welcoming demeanor essential for building long-term client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical Terminology: Basic knowledge of medical terminology to better understand complex client conditions and treatment planning.
