Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

- Greet guests promptly and courteously as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders while suggesting additional items to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are correct and meet quality standards.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding promptly to requests or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, ensuring tables are set up properly for incoming guests.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling and safety guidelines.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.

Experience
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:

- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling.
- Excellent time management abilities to efficiently serve multiple tables simultaneously.
- A solid understanding of hospitality principles to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic food handling practices is advantageous.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
