We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist to join our vibrant multidisciplinary wellness team. In this role, you will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, helping them achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Assess clients’ health history and discuss their goals to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up therapies or exercises.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills.
Requirements
- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or regulatory body.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions and massage therapy.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and addressing client questions clearly.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Must be committed to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all health regulations.

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour
