In this role, you'll be an essential part of the team responsible for preparing, shaping, and finishing concrete and masonry projects. Duties

- Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to create smooth, durable surfaces.
- Set up formwork and molds using carpentry skills to shape concrete structures accurately.
- Install rebar reinforcement according to schematics and blueprints to ensure structural integrity.
- Operate heavy equipment such as mixers, forklifts, or compactors safely and efficiently.
- Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and installing masonry materials.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and ensure precise execution.




- Perform restoration and renovation tasks by repairing existing concrete or masonry
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members on layout plans and schematics to meet project deadlines.

Experience

- Prior construction experience with a focus on concrete or masonry work is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems relevant to heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with concrete forming, finishing techniques, and rebar installation is desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.

Pay: $19.57-$30.00 per hour
