Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning setting for students. This role involves educating children, developing lesson plans, and implementing engaging activities that promote early childhood education. A bilingual ability is a plus, as it enhances communication with diverse student backgrounds.

Duties

- Create and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students.
- Educate children in various subjects, ensuring comprehension and engagement.
- Utilize computer operation skills to manage classroom technology and resources effectively.
- Foster a nurturing environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Organize and participate in activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and classroom management.

Requirements





- Montessorie Certification is must. From AMI or MACTE
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (e.g., French) are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using computers for administrative tasks, lesson planning, and educational software.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that caters to diverse learning needs.
- Passion for educating young minds and fostering their development.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
