We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-driven Cleaner to provide top-quality residential and commercial cleaning services. What matters most is your work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.

Compensation

This position offers per-job pay, meaning you are paid 60% for each completed job.

What You'll Be Doing

- Perform thorough cleaning of homes and offices, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Clean and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and workspaces to the client's standards
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly, safely, and efficiently
- Follow our cleaning protocols consistently to deliver a reliable, high-quality result every time
- Flag any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns noticed on-site
- Manage your time well to complete each job within the scheduled window

What We're Looking For

- Prior cleaning or custodial experience is a bonus,



not a requirement — we train all current hires
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision
- Physical stamina for tasks like bending, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods
- Punctual, dependable, and professional — clients are counting on you
- Good time management and the ability to handle multiple jobs efficiently
