Responsibilities
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero for daily transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Support payroll processing using ADP or UltiPro as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role within the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
