Join our dynamic team as a Gas Station Supervisor, where you'll lead daily operations at a busy fuel station and convenience store. This energetic role offers the prospect to manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, oversee sales and merchandising, and maintain safety and compliance standards. As a key leader, you'll drive store performance, foster a positive work environment, and ensure smooth day-to-day functions that keep our customers satisfied and coming back.

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years at a Gas Station

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities/Tasks

- Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Order merchandise
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
- Verify stock availability from current inventories
- Receive payments from customers
- Price items using stamp or stickers according to price list

- Maintain inventory of equipment
- Reconcile physical inventories with computer counts
- Prepare daily reports of fuel, oil and accessory sales

- Review requirements of establishment and determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase

Pay: $36.92 per hour
