We are hiring motivated and outgoing Field Sales Representatives to support a fast-growing company serving restaurants and food-service businesses across Ontario.

This is a full-time, field-based sales opportunity where you will spend your day meeting restaurant owners and decision-makers, introducing the company’s products and services, building relationships, and developing new business.

You will receive a guaranteed base rate of $25 per hour, with additional commission opportunities based on sales performance.

Previous sales experience is an asset, but we are also open to candidates with strong backgrounds in restaurants, hospitality, customer service, retail, door-to-door sales, or other customer-facing roles. Training is provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Visit restaurants and other prospective business customers within your assigned territory.
- Introduce and explain the company’s products and services.
- Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and other decision-makers.
- Conduct in-person prospecting and develop recent business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Work independently throughout your assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, conversations, and sales activity.
- Work toward established sales and performance expectations.
- Participate in training, coaching, and sales meetings as required.

Compensation

- Guaranteed $25.00 per hour
- Additional commission opportunities based on qualifying sales




- Paid bi-weekly
- Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel in accordance with company policy

Specific commission and incentive details will be reviewed during the hiring and training process.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Full-time
- Daytime schedule
- No overnight travel required

You do not need experience in every area listed above. Candidates with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to connect with customers are encouraged to apply.

Vehicle Requirement

Because this is a field-based position:

- A valid driver’s licence is required.
- Candidates must have access to a reliable personal vehicle.
- You must be comfortable driving between customer locations throughout the workday.
- Approved business mileage is reimbursed in accordance with company policy.

Training

Successful candidates will receive training before beginning independent field work. Training will cover:

- The company’s products and services
- Customer approach and prospecting
- Sales process and expectations
- Scripts and sales conversations
- Commission and incentive structure
- Territory and daily workflow

Ongoing coaching and support will also be available.
