In this role, you will support the daily operations of our programs, assist individuals with their day-to-day needs, help maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment, and work collaboratively with our team to support the people we serve. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in shelter services, housing support, recovery, crisis response, and community-based support while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. General Key Responsibilities (specific Job Descriptions for each program will be discuss during the Hiring Process.

- Monitoring of all guest/ residents within the shelter, housing and recovery facilities




- Ensure all standard operating policies and procedures are followed and consistently maintained by all guests.
- Respond to medical and/or behavioral incidents and coordinate emergency responses as required.
- Provide goods, services, and supports while maintaining healthy guest-staff boundaries.
- Support guests and residents as assigned in completing action-oriented, housing focused case management goals.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, forms, and HIFIS files as required.
- Support HHA service delivery teams and community partner teams as required.

Mandatory Requirements

- Valid Class 5 license and proof of insurance (Housing and Recovery)
- Reliable vehicle (Housing and Recovery)
- Social Development Check
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- First Aid Cert/CPR

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 28.0 per week
