Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and cash handling procedures responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and serving counters
- Assist with food handling and food safety protocols to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly
- Support food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light menu items as needed

Skills





- Latte art is a must
- Proven record in a specialty coffee
- Must know brewing methods and Calibration
- Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles with strong serving skills
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for smooth transaction processing
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Ability to multitask effectively in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Candidates must attach their latte art pictures
