Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide professional and friendly service.
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries.
- Process sales transactions, payments, invoices, and receipts.
- Prepare and maintain sales records and inventory information.
- Answer customer questions and resolve routine concerns.
- Promote products and services to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront.
- Receive, organize, and restock products as required.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers when required.
- Perform other duties related to storefront and sales operations.

Qualifications & Experience

- 1–2 years of previous sales, retail, customer service, or storefront experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) skills.
- Ability to handle cash, debit/credit transactions, and sales records accurately.
- Previous experience in the trucking, automotive, transportation, or parts industry is considered an asset.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
