We're partnering with a tech company looking to hire a Lead Siebel Developer. This is a Contract opportunity supporting a large-scale, public-sector-facing enterprise CRM program built on Oracle Siebel (IP18+), with heavy involvement in Open UI customization and EAI integrations (SOAP/XML, REST, JSON).

The #1 draw here is ownership: this isn't a back-office configuration seat - it's a technical leadership role where you'll be the go-to Siebel authority on a marquee account, setting technical direction, mentoring an offshore delivery team, and sitting directly across the table from the client. The firm is looking for someone who's done the deep Siebel work for a decade-plus and is ready to trade pure hands-on time for influence - shaping architecture decisions, enforcing best practices, and being the person the account leans on when things get complex. For the right person, this is a fast track into enterprise program leadership, with real exposure to public-sector-scale modernization work, mentorship from senior delivery leaders, and the kind of client-facing visibility that opens doors well beyond this one engagement.

Contract Duration: 6 - 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years developing Oracle Siebel CRM (IP18 or later)




- 5+ years leading a development team, including offshore resources
- Siebel CRM design, configuration, and application development (Public Sector, Case Management, Agreements, Orders)
- eScript and Workflow development
- Open UI customization using the PM/PR framework, CSS, JavaScript, HTML5
- EAI integrations - inbound/outbound via SOAP/XML, REST APIs, JSON
- Siebel BI Publisher reporting
- Oracle DB 12 / SQL Developer - database querying and troubleshooting

Desired Skills & Experience

- Public sector project experience
- Azure DevOps - CI/CD pipeline and project tooling
- Salesforce or other cloud platform experience, from an integration perspective
- Solid analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
