Are you a closer? Do you love sales? Do you know how to turn a consultation into a treatment plan - and a treatment plan into a loyal client? We are looking for an exceptional Medical Aesthetic Sales Consultant who is comfortable with targets, confident with high-value sales, and motivated to make an impact as we grow our Toronto presence.

This Is a Sales Position

We are not looking for a receptionist or someone who simply answers inquiries. We are looking for a proven sales professional who understands that effective selling is about listening, educating, building trust, identifying client needs, creating value, overcoming objections, and confidently closing the sale.

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate a real history of selling medical aesthetic services and producing measurable sales results.

Your Mission

- Turn leads into consultations.
- Turn consultations into customized treatment plans.
- Turn treatment plans into sales.
- Turn first-time clients into loyal, long-term clients.
- Build relationships with high-value clientele.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Sell premium medical aesthetic treatments, packages, memberships, and skincare.
- Follow up consistently and professionally with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities and maximize every qualified lead.
- Confidently handle objections and close sales.
- Create an exceptional luxury consultation experience.
- Help build the new Toronto location from the ground up and contribute directly to its growth.





Who We're Looking For

- 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally within a luxury medical spa, medical aesthetics, cosmetic, wellness, or premium service environment.
- A proven track record of selling services - not simply retail products.
- Strong closing skills and the ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Extensive knowledge of medical aesthetic treatments and services.
- Ability to confidently explain and educate clients about different treatment options.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
- A competitive, motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
- Experience working with high-end clientele.
- A passion for aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and delivering a luxury client experience.
