What You'll Do

- Producing a wide variety of pastries, baked goods, desserts, and café items from scratch.
- Working with laminated doughs, including croissants, Danish pastries, and other specialty products.
- Scaling, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking products to the highest standards.
- Preparing fillings, creams, icings, and decorative elements.
- Following recipes while maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation.
- Assisting in the development of new seasonal products and menu features.
- Organizing daily production to ensure our cafés are fully stocked with fresh products.
- Maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized workstation.
- Supporting inventory management,



stock rotation, and waste reduction initiatives.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in a pastry, bakery, hotel, café, or production kitchen.
- Experience with dough lamination is a strong asset.
- Passion for scratch baking and artisan pastry production.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Pride in producing products that guests genuinely enjoy.
- Early morning availability as required.
