Our company is seeking an AccountingAssistant with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will need professionalexperience with QuickBooks and some experience with Excel. Qualification / Education - Knowledgeand experience in bookkeeping and office management.

- Proficiencyin QuickBooks desktop and Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
- Mustbe detail driven, well organized, and highly motivated.
- Mustdemonstrate the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks to meetdeadlines.




- Mustbe a fast learner and show solid analytical and problem-solving skills - Diplomain accounting, finance, or business administration or equivalent education - 1-2years’ experience in accounting Responsibilities - Monitoraccounts payable aging reports and ensure timely payment of outstandinginvoices.
- Performingday-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, andrecording accounts.
- Collectdata, calculate, and process contractors’ payments and commissions.
