Position And Responsibilities

Reporting to the sr. director, government relations, you will provide administrative support to the government relations team.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with scheduling, arrange travel bookings, expense management and assist with other administrative tasks. You will also support the implementation of events and stakeholder engagements by coordinating logistics, such as permits, catering, visitor registration, meeting arrangements and on-site support.

This position is located out of the FSD, Port Hope office. This will be a hybrid work environment that will require time in the office,



based on schedules and events.

Education And Qualifications

Requirements of the position

- Business or administrative certificate or diploma
- Three to five years of relevant work experience
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and solid organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, build trust and maintain positive relationships with a wide variety of personnel
- Available for some evening/weekend support as required
