This might be the right opportunity for you! The After School Program Inclusion Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the program. They are a role model to the Inclusion Aides and youth supported in the program as well as a liaison between the program and the Coordinator.

Shifts are similar to Monday-Friday, 2:45-5:45 pm. Program operates on school instructional days.

- Able to actively communicate and develop relationships with participants, families, YMCA-YWCA staff and schools
- Able to travel to a variety of programs throughout Winnipeg

What else do you need?

- Education,



training and/or demonstrated knowledge and ability to interact effectively and assist individuals with special support needs
- Experience working with youth with various special needs
- Experience supervising others
- Ability to lift and/or transfer over 50 lbs
- Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification
- Clear Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search, Adult Abuse Registry Check and Child Abuse Registry Check
- WEVAS or NVCI certifications are considered an asset
