You will lead maintenance staff, drive PM/compliance, and coordinate with operations to minimize downtime and improve reliability. You will develop preventive maintenance, manage parts and quotes, and mentor team members while upholding safety standards and Lean improvements to support operations across Thorold and St. Catharines sites.
