We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to design and architect enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Databricks.

The AI Architect will establish scalable AI architectures, reusable frameworks, and enterprise standards while driving the secure, governed, observable, and responsible adoption of AI solutions across business domains. This role will combine hands-on technical expertise with architectural leadership to guide AI engineering teams from prototypes through enterprise-scale deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Databricks.
- Develop hands-on prototypes, proof of concepts (POCs), and reference implementations to validate business use cases.
- Architect scalable multi-agent AI systems, including agent orchestration, tool integration, planning, reasoning, and autonomous workflow execution.
- Define reusable Agentic AI frameworks, accelerators, architectural patterns, and best practices for adoption across multiple business domains.
- Lead AI solution deployment strategies with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Establish and implement AI governance frameworks, model lifecycle management, auditing, compliance, and risk controls.
- Define approaches for AI observability and monitoring, including application performance, model behavior, reliability, and operational health.
- Drive performance optimization and risk management for Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
- Incorporate Responsible AI principles into enterprise architecture and solution designs.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams on AI development and implementation best practices.




- Define enterprise AI architecture standards, technical guidelines, reusable components, and governance practices to support responsible AI adoption.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Strong experience with Azure AI Foundry and Databricks for AI architecture and solution implementation.
- Experience architecting multi-agent systems, including:
- Agent orchestration
- Tool integration
- Planning and reasoning
- Autonomous workflow execution
- Experience designing scalable AI architectures, reusable frameworks, accelerators, and enterprise architecture patterns.
- Experience with AI governance, model lifecycle management, auditing, compliance, and risk controls.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Responsible AI principles in enterprise solutions.
- Ability to develop technical POCs, reference implementations, and reusable AI accelerators.
- Solid experience providing architectural leadership, conducting design reviews, and guiding engineering teams.
