On-site position: Candidate will be working from 7207, Henri-Bourassa West, St-Laurent, Qc.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Hours per day: 4 hours

Schedule between 15h00 to 21h00

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and coordination of shipments including communication with overseas offices, pick up, delivery of goods; freight monitoring, documentation, insurance and accounting.





- Obtain and produce all pertinent information

- Organize transport and documentation with carriers.

- Produce accurate information and documentation on time.

- Develop business relations and follow up with customers and partners (ex: carriers).

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft applications

- Adaptable to change, new program environments

- Attention to detail

- Fast paced environment

- Background in Freight Forwarding ideal, but not required

- Bilingual (French and English) - International Trade business
