- Supervise and mentor lab technicians and technologists
- Manage daily testing operations and sample workflows
- Conduct various geotechnical materials testing
- Maintain accurate documentation and sample logs
- Train staff on safety protocols and testing procedures Requirements:
- Completion of a recognized Technician program
- Four years of experience in laboratory testing
- Two years supervising laboratory staff required
- Current CCIL/CSA certifications or eligibility
