In this role, you will leverage your 5-7 years of experience in program development and community engagement to create a thriving alumni ecosystem.

You’ll oversee key initiatives that promote volunteer spirit, enhance communication, and create lasting connections within the alumni community. Work collaboratively to ensure the success of the campus-wide alumni relations strategy while managing significant budgets and events. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive alumni volunteer programs
- Lead major alumni events and community-building activities




- Collaborate with university stakeholders for effective outreach
- Evaluate and report on alumni engagement metrics
- Mentor and manage alumni relations team members Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years in alumni or volunteer management
- Experience developing high-budget outreach events
- Proven ability to work in a university environment
