Role Description We are hiring full-time, on-site roles in Sherbrooke, QC covering several production and shop-floor responsibilities, including assembly, sanding, painting, packaging and shipping, machine operation, electromechanical maintenance, and journeyperson-level tasks. Respective day-to-day work includes assembling furniture components, sanding surfaces to prepare for finishing, mixing and applying paint or other finishes, and operating woodworking and production machinery safely and efficiently.



Some roles involve preparing and packaging finished products and coordinating shipments, We are also looking for a qualified electromecanic.

Team members are expected to follow production plans, meet quality standards, respect health and safety procedures, and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to support smooth, efficient operations.

Qualifications

- Ability to safely operate and maintain Power Tools and woodworking machinery.
- Knowledge of Paint and Painting techniques for furniture finishing.
- Experience with Furniture assembly, preparation, and handling.
- Capacity to follow Training, procedures, and safety guidelines, and to learn new processes.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, carpentry, cabinetmaking, or related fields is an asset.
- Electromechanical training and experience.
- Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Ability to work in office full-time in Sherbrooke, QC and communicate effectively with team members.
