Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saskatoon, SK, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations. This includes leading and motivating the team, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining a welcoming, knowledgeable environment for guests. The role involves overseeing product merchandising, inventory management, and store standards, as well as assisting with scheduling, training, and performance coaching.

while modeling Saje’s values and commitment to natural wellness. This position requires hands-on leadership on the sales floor, active engagement with customers, and collaboration with the broader Saje team.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including coaching, feedback, and performance support.
- Strong customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to create meaningful, consultative guest experiences.
- Experience with store operations such as cash handling, inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining visual standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and build positive relationships.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a quick-paced environment.
- Knowledge or interest in natural wellness, aromatherapy, or plant-based products is an asset.
- Previous retail or hospitality supervisory experience preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
