What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will possess:

- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta or eligibility for admission from another Canadian jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 1 year of legal practice experience.
- Strong legal research, drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to practice development and client service.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
