Maschio Gaspardo SPA, a leading company in Italy and internationally in the design and manufacturing of agricultural equipments, is seeking a Back Office Specialist for its Canadian subsidiary based in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec.

This is a newly created position, essential to managing order flows, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth communication across all levels of the business. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, open to training, and ready to grow with us as we build our presence in the region.

More detailed responsibilities are

- Receive and process machine and parts orders from dealers across Canada
- Liaise with local warehouse and factories to confirm, track, and ensure timely production and delivery of Parts
- Control and verify order confirmations, codes, and documentation.
- Organize transport and custom clearance from factories in Italy, France and Romania, ensuring timely and correct delivery.




- Provide dealers with timely updates and complete documentation.
- Monitor delivery timelines and follow up on any delays or issues.
- Support a team of field sales representatives with order-related and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all processes align with company standards.

Requirements:

- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in back office operations, logistics or customer service, preferably in technical or industrial workplace
- Previous experience with SAP or other ERP
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Team player with excellent communication and coordination skills
