Overview Excel Honda is looking for an Automotive Sales BDC Agent!

Responsibilities - Answering incoming phone calls and online enquiries.

- Logging customer details and comments in our system.
- Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
- Follow up customer incoming leads via various channels: website, automotive sites, emails, texts, calls, Honda leads, customer database.
- Communicate with customers fluently in English and French using telephone, text, email, sharing photo and product information.
- Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
- Greeting customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Ensure customers are happy with our service.




- Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
- Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.

Qualifications - Communication: Excellent command of French and English (oral and written).

- Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify underlying needs behind a simple online inquiry.
- Rigour: Sharp organizational skills for managing follow-ups and reporting.
- Proactivity: You don’t wait for the phone to ring; you reach out to the client first!
