- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from defining hiring needs through offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers and Human Resources teams to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates and generate interest
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs
- Screen and assess candidates using structured, job-related selection criteria
- Coordinate interviews and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate recommendations, and recruitment progress updates
- Support offer development, approvals, negotiations, and candidate communications

- Recruitment experience in manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, engineering, technical, or administrative functions is an asset
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other candidate sourcing tools is an asset
- Human resources or recruitment certification is an asset
