Role Overview

We are hiring a Blockchain Finance Specialist to support blockchain finance research, digital asset analysis, market intelligence, and strategy development across cryptocurrency and Web3 markets. This is a full time, paid remote role based in Canada focused on blockchain finance, digital assets, crypto markets, decentralized finance, and Web3 financial systems.

The Blockchain Finance Specialist will monitor blockchain and digital asset markets, research financial use cases, support strategy materials, and prepare insights across DeFi protocols, tokenized assets, stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, crypto payment systems, and digital asset ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in blockchain technology, crypto finance, digital assets, market research, financial innovation, and Web3 transformation.





What You’ll Do

- Research blockchain finance, digital asset markets, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, tokenized assets, crypto payment systems, and Web3 financial infrastructure
- Monitor token performance, liquidity conditions, capital flows, market sentiment, regulatory developments, institutional adoption, and blockchain ecosystem trends
- Support financial research, market analysis, digital asset strategy, opportunity evaluation, and risk awareness across crypto and Web3 markets
- Prepare blockchain finance reports, market intelligence updates, digital asset briefs, DeFi summaries, strategy notes, and research materials
- Track developments across crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, tokenized finance, blockchain networks, fintech products, and Web3 infrastructure providers
- Evaluate opportunities across decentralized finance, tokenized assets, stablecoins, digital payment systems, blockchain applications, and crypto-native financial products
- Collaborate with team members on blockchain research, digital transformation projects, financial market analysis, and Web3 strategy initiatives
- Maintain organized research files, market trackers, token watchlists, DeFi notes, opportunity pipelines, and blockchain finance intelligence resources

What We’re Looking For





- Strong interest in blockchain finance, cryptocurrency, digital assets, DeFi, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and Web3 financial systems
- Familiarity with blockchain networks, crypto markets, digital asset research, financial technology, token analysis, or decentralized finance ecosystems
- Understanding of liquidity, capital flows, token utility, market cycles, blockchain infrastructure, digital finance, and Web3 business models
- Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, TradingView, market data platforms, or fintech research tools is a plus
- Strong research, analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain blockchain finance trends, digital asset opportunities, market risks, and Web3 financial concepts clearly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple research and strategy priorities
- Previous experience in crypto research, fintech, blockchain projects, financial markets, digital transformation, DeFi, or Web3 projects is helpful

Compensation

Salary range: CAD115,000 - CAD120,000 per year depending on experience
