In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise a team of technicians, coordinate and monitor repair activities, and ensure quality, productivity and adherence to deadlines.

Your expertise in vehicle damage estimating will also be essential, as you will serve as a key resource for more complex files and be responsible for handling estimates when required.
