We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Building Operator Millwright with a strong foundation in Electrical and Mechanical to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid trade certificate and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities Preventive Maintenance and Repair of HVAC System’s - Read and interpret drawings, - Practice safe work habits by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial equipment, ensuring compliance to all applicable safety regulation.

- Able to work independently with limited supervision, perform all work in compliance with company safety and housekeeping standards.
- Able to write maintenance and job-specific technical reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of maintenance records, and incident reports.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of HVAC equipment including but not limited to, fan coil units, fan power boxes, force fan heats.
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of mechnical equipment.
- Maintenance of building automation systems including knowledge of Johnson Controls MetaSys Building environment platform.



Communication and Documentation - Collaborate with coworker to address maintenance issue collectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, maintenance records.

- Take on new initiatives and challenges (quickly adapt to change) with a positive attitude; and ability to multi-task in a quick-paced setting. Knowledge & Skills - Proven experience as a Millwright and has extensive knowledge in mechanical attributes.
- In-depth knowledge of building automation systems, including all aspects of HVAC equipment.
- Understanding of building automation systems and their interaction with security infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation - Possess relevant certifications, Industrial and or Construction Millwright 433A.
