We are looking for an experienced BI Lead / Power BI Lead to lead the design, development, governance, and support of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead Power BI developers, analysts, and support teams.
- Act as the technical and functional lead for Power BI initiatives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define KPIs.
- Design and develop enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions.
- Build and optimize DAX measures, semantic models, and data models.
- Establish Power BI governance, security, workspace, and deployment standards.
- Manage RLS, refresh schedules, gateways, and capacity utilization.
- Integrate Power BI with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Synapse, Azure SQL, ADLS, Snowflake, and SQL Server.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, refresh failures, and reporting bottlenecks.
- Oversee L2/L3 production support, incident management, RCA,



and preventive actions.
- Drive CI/CD, automation, knowledge sharing, and offshore team enablement.

? Required Skills
- 8–12+ years of BI/Analytics experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development.
- Strong expertise in:
- Power BI Desktop & Service
- DAX
- Power Query (M)
- Semantic Models
- Data Modeling
- Microsoft Fabric
- SQL
- Strong experience with Azure Data Platform, including Databricks, Synapse, Azure SQL, and ADLS.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, governance, security, and Power BI administration.
- Proven experience leading onsite/offshore BI delivery teams.
- Robust stakeholder and communication skills.

- Agile/Scrum certification
