Here’s a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :

- Define approaches to support data and analytics platforms;
- Assess the organizational maturity, processes and operating modes of teams;
- Formulate strategic recommendations and identify areas for improvement;
- Ensure cross-functional consistency of the target operating model across platforms;
- Design roles, processes, governance mechanisms, and frameworks;
- Review, approve and validate strategic content and key deliverables;
- Lead diagnostic, support and decision-making workshops with stakeholders;
- Determine communication directions and ensure alignment of messages with the target operating model;
- Arbitrate structuring choices and establish priorities for intervention;
- Provide specialized support to platform maintainers.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and improving complex target operating models;
- Have expertise in organizational diagnosis and maturity assessment of processes, roles, governance and operating methods;




- Experience in designing operational frameworks that integrate roles and responsibilities, processes, governance, and decision-making mechanisms;
- Master the concepts of governance, RACI, end-to-end processes, roles and responsibilities as well as decision-making mechanisms;
- Understand data and analytics platforms, their governance and lifecycle;
- Demonstrate the ability to ensure consistency of an operating model across multiple platforms, teams, and stakeholders;
- Have experience in strategic consulting, formulation of recommendations and arbitration of structuring decisions;
- Support organizational transformations and support the operationalization of change;
- Design and facilitate workshops for managers, platform managers and experts;
- Have a valuable knowledge of operational models;
- Knowledge of data and analytics environments;
- Knowledge of agile, Lean Manufacturing, and Lean Six Sigma approaches;
- Master maturity assessment and organizational diagnosis methods;
