- Deliver nursing care and support to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate effectively with the interprofessional care team
- Administer medications adhering to safety standards
- Monitor and report patient vital signs and conditions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives Requirements:
- Diploma in Practical Nursing or equivalent educational background
- Valid registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
- Completion of a recognized Medication Administration Course
- BCLS certification is mandatory
