Mario's Towing is growing and we are looking to add to our towing family in Kelowna! We're currently looking for a Fulltime Central Dispatcher to join our team.

Responsibilities - Answering phones, emails

- Working directly with customers to book tows
- Working directly with drivers in all locations, giving call information and clearing
- Maintaining Customer Service with Team Members and Customer's Requirements - Vehicle knowledge an asset.
- Must have computer skills
- Able to work under busy conditions
- Have excellent communication skills dealing with customers, drivers, co-workers, team members and management.
- Able to work without supervision.
- Able to work within a team environment
- Strong Multitasker and Positive Attitude
- Solid Organizing Skill Job Duties - Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Wage $21-$23.00 per hour Benefits - Casual dress
