The Josef Korbel School seeks certificate director for the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) graduate certificate. The CSR Director will serve one-year terms from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

The Certificate Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous assessment of the certificate curriculum, as well as for student advising and engagement within the program.

Certificate Directors are expected to:

- Serve as the academic advisor for certificate students, including:

- Providing guidance on students’ academic and qualified goals
- Demonstrating familiarity with, and supporting students through, all aspects of the certificate’s administrative processes
- Maintaining appropriate availability to offer certificate-specific advising beyond standard course office hours
- Collaborating, as needed, with Korbel Student Affairs, the Office of Career and Professional Development, and the Enrollment Office to support student success and outcomes

2. Coordinate with the Associate Dean for Academic Programs regarding:
- Course scheduling
- Faculty teaching assignments
- Ongoing program evaluation and assessment

- Affiliation with the Korbel School

Compensation:

Certificate directors receive a stipend of $2,000/yr.

The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations,



and available market information, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
