- Operate tandoor, curry, and grill stations
- Maintain a clean, organised, and protected kitchen
- Collaborate with the head chef on daily prep and specials Requirements - Experience with South Asian cuisine preferred
- Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
